My consumer no. is 18980. The agency do not attend the phone calls. There telephone no. is 917122233211. Even when my cylinder was booked by the telephone on 02nd of Feb. I personally went to agency's office and rebooked it 2 days back. The office staff assured my that the gas cylinder will be delivered within 2 days. Today they delivered the cylinders in my building to other occupants but not to me. This is a regular problem of the agency.
