Being affiliated to Tata it is painful to see how unprofessional some
members of this company are.
I and my father have placed a complaint at Lexus motors (Darga Road), regarding the replacement of the right hand rear window of out new Indigo ECS LX car (7 months old). Continuous calls have not moved them.
Rather than inform us of their difficulties, we are the ones expected to keep on calling to know the status of our complaint. It is not fair since we are the ones being wronged.
This kind of attitude will always spoil Tata's name. I as a customer shall never advice someone to buy a Tata car. And being a Tata employee, I would advice a bit more professional behaviour. Instead of aggravating a customer, trying and understanding the customer's point of view can help him too to understand Tata's views too.
