New gas connection

Espected sir,

i am a citizen of india.we have Indane gas agency name as Kottarath agencies. I booked a new gas connection on 09.012.2009.But unfortunatly i lost my registration slip.last week i went there and ask the status about my connection.they asked me to come 12.09.11 with an Affidivit certificat from a notory Advocate.and all the papers are ready now.they asked me to come 13.09.11 at 2.00pm.when i reached and submitt all the papers there.they asked me 4500.00 for new gas connection.i asked the details for that amount.that Amount includes stoves rate.i had a stove in my home.so i refused to buy a new stove from the agency.at the same time a lady staff talk to me very rudley.she said new connections without stove will be get after two weeks when they do inspection in my home for stove.i am working women.i already took leave for last 4 days. Please take action againt that agency.there is ni customer care in that agency.and help me to get a new connection
