Dear Sir/Mam,

I reside a Vikroli PaperMill, beside 1 bus (392) there is not a single bus coming to Andheri station (e) the abv mentioned bus is very irregualar and take nearly 40 minutes taking round inside Hiranandani,

I had recently taken Bus pass for 3 months i travel frm vikroli to andheri (via Ghatkopar sometimes and via Gandhi nagar, but i find very diffuculty while commuting from ghatkopar to vikroli I travel by 340 in evening frm andheri to sarvodaya ghatkopar further take a connectivity bus of either mulund bhandup which takes me to my destination many time conductors are unable to punch my card which shows route unvalied in evening hours taking powai route in evening in evening is very hectic due to major traffic and ai have a small child for which i need to reach home soon further i need to doing other household chores also i thought if i take a pass it will be benefical but due to all this iam very upset i had paid Rs 897 frm Marol pipe line to Vikroli Paper Mill. so i take ghatkopar route in evening .please advice me am i doing right or am i misusing the card your advice and suggestion wld be very valuable. i went back to depot to revise my card but was told that nothing can be done for another 3 months,
