Deduction of amount

I had booked 3 return tickets for srinagar to delhi for the date 5th feb and return on 12th feb where the transaction was done twice for the amount of rupees 17115, total amount of 34230.the transaction numbers are S34576587 and S34577646.i dont want the confirmation now, i want the complete refund.please help!
