I am An airtel postpaid customer I did not receive the bill for 11th sept. On 11th Sept I received a sms from airtel to pay the bill on 11th itself as it is the dye date other wise my phone will be disconnected. I was suprise as I did not received the bill. When contacted airtels customer care 121 a lady told me that the bill was returned back on 7th as the house was locked. I am suprise by that because that day my mother and wife were at home. And at the same day the same lady told me that I will receive the bill in 4 working days but today its 21st sept and have till day not received the bill. Will airtel Autority explain this.
