Inordinate delay in supply of Gas Cylinde

I have booked Gas cylinder on 2.12.09 after the nominated minimum period of 21 days (i.e. last cylinder received on 11.11.09). But till date I have not received Gas cylinder after periodic request from the above gas agency. I have already spoken this yesterday at your customer care officer. After assurance that cylinder will be delivered early. But till date I have not received supply. Kindly interfere and do needful that I have to receive the supply every time early.
