No proper customer service

Hi,

There is no proper customer service provided by the agency people. When we call them for any clarification different responses are given and more over the way that they answer is a real bull... I have not experienced such kind of service from any service providers.

There is no problem with the supply but the problem is the way that they behave. We are paying for the service that we are rendering from them but if you see the response seems like that we are rendering at free of cost. The agency is not really bothered about the customer service. There is no proper phone number available for compliance and grievance, the people working there don't know who is the area manager, where should i contact if i did not receive a proper service from them.
