Delay in transfer gas connection

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY BE

Sir, am Indane gas customer since 20 years.we have shifted our house from Adyar and transfered our connection on 15.1.2008 to villivakkam Ajitha Gas agency and we dint receive our connection till date.when we en quired we came to know that they lost our transfer voucher and they have not uploaded the details too. This is completely negligence of gas agency (Agitha gas agency). Since i don have the copy of voucher i called them and requested them to find out the lost voucher and give me the connection they are using filthy and rude replies, for past two years i tried many ways to get my Gas connection which is on my father in laws name which in vain. I hope this complaint will solve my current problem.
