I am a car owner, purchased Tata Indica V2 by Authorised Dealer A.K.Gandhi Cars, Nagpur bearing regis. no;MH36H551 on 27th March. As advice by the dealer's works manager & company service manual of car I am regularly doing the service of my car in TATA Authorised service station. Instead of this in last month when i was going to business tour on 09/10, my car get stopped by engine side. I called the service center for a service vehicle to A.K.Gandhi, they were trying to escape and told me that they don't have service vehicle at the movement & they asked me to leave the vehicle on the spot they shall pickup next day or after as per their convenience. Any how i arranged a vehicle for toe & drop the vehicle to A.K. Gandhi workshop at 4.30 PM. The next day the advisor told me the repairing charges approx Rs. 2500/- for the same & 4 to 5 Hrs of Time. on 12th again when i called advisor he told me that the budget is reviced & i have to pay Rs. 6500/ no time of delivery they told me. Then on 15th again i asked about the vehicle they told me about the spares unavailability & told the new budget of Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 11000/- . On 19th when i contact the advisor I come to know that the head of the engine of my car has been sent to some other vendor other than A.K.Gandhi workshop & yet to come. They told me that the new budget shall be about Rs. 15000/- . No time of delivery. With all this happening, I was simultaneously reporting all the mater to tata motors help desk daily which was not my duty but dealers job. I have all Invoices, I have all details of the complaint with time & date etc. No one took initiative neither from TATA Motors nor from A.K.Gandhi Cars.
