Short receipt of house hold items booked through Allied Lumier Movers & Packers

I had booked House Hold Items from Gurgaon To Puducherry through ALLIED LUMIER MOVERS & PACKERS (895/35, sector-12 road, near sheetala mata mandir, Gurgaon-122001; Phone: 0124 3192172 /9910085872 ; info@alliedlumiermovers.com) vide docket no.220 dtd.16.06.2011. I had booked 18 packages but I received only 12 packages. On enquiring their Gurgaon office on phone I was informed that by mistake some matls. have been unloaded at Hyderabad and will reach within a week. After one week when I called their Gurgaon office I was told that I will be compansated by cash against balance materials and accordingly I was asked to send the a/c details for transfer of money but till date neither my balance material has reached nor the money has been transferred. At present they do not take my call and also do not respond to my mail.

And the worst part is they are not bothered. Please help me to get out of this situation.
