Einbursement of token amount

I have given a token advance of rs15000 for booking a used vehicle at Alphazee motors, near srp tools, opp to YMCA playground, OMR road. Due to some financial reasons i was not able to arrange the commited amount for that car. So when i went to the dealer to as to reinburse my money for cancelled deal, it seems the dealer is fooling me to come next week and so on. I have been asking the dealer since 1and half months. Now i feel i am being harassed by the dealer.kindly take some action regarding this.
