Misguided by Maruti service station

We were in Mumbai on 27th Feb when my Zen LXi was giving out sparks near the bonnet in Mumbai, we were approached by some mechanics from the close by Maruti Service station at Sion and they claimed that the part called ALTERNATOR had burnt and needs to be replaced, He got one from the stores and I went to my ATM and with drew Rs 6300/- and paid him cash, he gave his numbers and promised that since the store is closed at 8.30pm in the evening he will courier the invoice to me on my visiting card that I handed over to him.

I have been chasing him over the mobile but there is no reply and now when I enquired with Pune mechanics they claim that the coil is burnt which barely costs Rs900/-

This is pure misguide and cheating of your loyalist Maruti car users.

I hope the concerned authorities are listening and hoping to receive a call on my mobile 9850880488 for the refund of my amount.
