Dear sir,

I have purchased Alto (chassi no :1574356, ng no : 4345067, control no :6209830-jdp) from M/s stan auto, Ludhiana, dated 12.02.2010.also paid full & final payment dated 16th feb.many problem face that day.like nobody attend me propraley.car dalivery time was 11am but deliverd at 2.30 pm.many time telephonic talk with (C C M, Mr Aman, Mr Puri Ast G M And Mr pankaj mehra sales Represantive) but Nobody Responce me. i have Paid full & Final payment of 3rd year warenty, Also paid for R .C.But till tody they peopul did not give me RC & recepit of 3rd year warenty. u know the temp no valid for 1 month time peried therfore i can't drive my car on road. i am very furstaid from stan Auto peopole. so i am humbly requested to look this matter porsonaly and solve my problem.
