Engine failure

Dear Sir,

I am the customer of Maruti Suzuki, I have decent model of ALTO K 10. Which is giving me very good performance and I am very much satisfied with this vehical.

Sixth day of this month I was driving the car and found that the engine of the car got jam. I took my car to the authorized Maruti Dealer (Mahalaxmi Automotive Pvt Ltd) at Baramati in Maharashtra. The dealer's technician checked the car for engine jamming, he found that the oil chamber got broken and the oil has got leaked out, causing for the engine jam.

The bottom clearance of the car is very less and the engine oil chamber is of Aluminium material which could not bare the impact jerk/hit of the stone and caused the oil chamber broken.

Due to this manufacturing defect my car engine is got damage. The insurance agency is not agree to give the coverage for this incident. The cost for repair the engine is approximate Rs 30000.00, which is much.

Due to manufacturing defect why should I bare this cost. Please advise accordingly at the earliest.
