Not complete the commitment

I have purchase the alto LXi car from magic auto karol bagh and my sales consultant name is mr. kumar, as he have commit me to give a silver coin along with car but till date he have not give and it is about an month to purchase a car and now when i want to have a words with mr kumar. he is not picking up the phone as well as he is not repling us. i want my silver coin as soon as possible. and please take the action regarding my complaint.
