Dear sir,

I have deposited my vehicle no UP 32 CJ 1354 at Bright 4 wheel vikash nagar maruti service center lko on dated 17-08-11. An accedent have takes place at service center during shifting of vehicle from one floor to other by the lift . when vehicle is being unloading the lift car, my car is being crushed between lift battom and beam bottom of the gate due to sudden operetion of lift.

after the accedent service center managment accepted to repair the vehicle in the 2 to 3 deys without any charges. but till date he did'nt do the same after a lapse of 15 days.

Yesterday i went to servis center to recive the car but it has been informed that sielencer is also damaged during the accedent which is resently identified. It was been informed that some more time is required to repair the sielencer of the vehicle.

It is requested to kindly make Adequate arragment thourow checkup the vehicle because I dose not have any knowledge about the mechanics of the vehicle

Please note that I shall claim for any problem in the vehicle persist in future
