POOR SERVICES/NO INFORMATION

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Alto car PB 10 CP 4377 at name of VANDANA MEHTA from your MARUTI DEALER LIBRA WORKSHOP, MOTI NAGAR, LUDHIANA.Sir, i am really frustate with services given by them. Till the date i bought car always there is a problem.i sent you complaint by letter earlier also. Earlier car's horn, central locking & inside light was nt working. After number of complaints, that has been sort out. But my complaint is Now with CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER MS SIMRAN & RAGUBIR SINGH.They never give true information. I sent my car to Libra Workshop on 6th sep for service & body paint. Ragubir Singh said to me for service 2 month back, i said to him that i am going out of station in sep then i'll give u for all bcoz it will take 3 days time.he didn't inform me what kind of documents they require, same i said to Simran also but there was no reply. Even i sent my all car documents. When i came back, there was nothing start. After so many calls from myself & my sister Raghubir Singh only done service on 9th of sep. When i called to Simran, she said Raghubir said a lie to u, raguhbir said simran do nt know anything. Sir, it happens everytime with me. Whenever work is nt complete, They both r always ready to blame each other. I sent a complaint to both that bumper is, change it or fix it but they didn't do anything. Sir, i m really irritate with services of these peolpe. I request u, kindly do the needful. If they will do the same nobody will be happy with service & recomend to anyone.
