Alto Xite with CNG
Poor service/bad behaveof car deale

Sir,

Booked an Alto Xite with CNG by paying Rs 90, 000 17000 on 7.10.09 which was delivered on 22.10.09 with one month permission slip to run car on road. On repeated request to Vipul Motors Fbd they have provided RC (No. HR 29W5164) of Alto LXI instead of Alto Xite on 23.12.09 after a 2 months time without endorsement of CNG with penalty of Rs 150/- while it was issued/signed by Auth on 23.11.09. We faced lot of problems on road without RC. They asked for RC for CNG endorsement and tell its process will take at least 45 days. I request Vipul Motors officials to give us some authority slip to run car on road, till return of RC with CNG endorsement, by mentioning that RC has been sent to Tspt Auth. for CNG endorsement etc so that we could convince Police personnel and to avoid challan by police. Official of Vipul Motors Tell us to run car on road at our own risk with photo copy of RC without CNG. They are harrasing me. Pl tell me is it possible for a gentle man to drive/run car without CNG RC on road while the police is deputed at most of places in the city? And will pay the challan if it is made by police.
