Vide Receipt no. 358 /11.6.2011 of Alvi Motor company (dealer in Mahindra 2 wheelers), I have paid an amount of Rs, 15, 756/- vide HDFC ch no.817480 dt.11.06.2011. Further amount was sanctioned as loan from HDFC Bank.

Now the complaint is in connection with the vehicle registation - "the RTO would like to see me, since I am new to Madurai. I have no address proof".

Now - Already I have submitted an affidavit of my local address at the time of booking the vehicle. (for notarising this the show room manager has collected Rs.550/- from me for which no proof is there). I have given the rental agreement with my house owner on a Rs.100 stamp paper. Now, I have no time to meet the RTO. Request you to please get it resolved, that I need not see the RTO, else provide me money back with a cancellation of the loan with HDFC and compensation please. I am on a transfer from BLR to Madurai, from Britannia, since project work is too much, I can't visit him. Please do justice by avoiding this agony. & first of all why do I see the RTO, when I am purchasing a vehicle with my hard earned money.
