AMARA RAJA JOHNSON CONTROLS
BATTERY NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Car Battery (Maruti 800) from M/s Batter Shoppe vide bill no: book no:57 Serial No:5687 dated 12/09 and it has 18 months warranty. In this I have faced problem on earlier occassion on 18/08 and that they have charged the battery but it was not working properly. Again I have make complain to Company's authorise service centre M/s Shri Ganesh Auto Parts Centre, N-10, Kalkaji but they are not replacing the battery,

BATTERY NO:0243289665348 AAM-GO-00038B20R DATE OF SALE"12-9.

In this regards, I need your help. Sir I have old age parents ageing around 85 & 78 years. So I need replace my battery immediately because i have take to hospital frequently.
