DEFICIENCIES IN SERVICES

I had purchased 1 Battery from your authorised dealer M/s Amit Enterprises, Purnea on 10.11.2010 for my Scooter Activa. Suddenly I found that self starting is not functioning. It is totally blanck. I approached your above shop to check the battery. But the representative refused to provide the service and sais that bring out the battery from sccoter from outside machanic and leave it for 3-4 days for checking. It is surpising that there is no one to provide such service in the authorised shop. I visited this shop 3 times and always found such deficiencies. Kindly arrange to provide such facilities in this centre like other Centre as I experienced in Raipur and Bhilai.
