Not attend the complaint

I had purchased a Amaron Make battery S.no.0243349040339, AAm-GO-00038B20R from M/s Sanya Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, B-227, Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi-110020 against Bill no. Sanya-OK-0910-11329 dt.13/01. This battery had completly down just with in a month period and also i had tried to get it charged it is again down in 3-4days. i had complaint to M/s Amron toll free no. 18004254848 they issued a complaint no. ABR-100209B dt.10.02.10 but no body yet came to attend the complaint, some body Mr. Manish & Mr. Sunny also loose talked with me that they are not siitting here to attend the complaint. i want to suit a case against them.
