Non delivery of Home delivery Booked gas

Sub: Non Delivery of Cylinder

Dear Sir/Madem,

I am Consumer of Amar Sons Gas Agency (Distributor's name 2235220) Amrik Singh road, Bathinda, Punjab (My Consumer No.621752).

I booked for Cylinder on 27.11.2009 today is 4.01.2010 yet i have not receive the

Cylinder.i have paid the amount of gas and they gave me cash memo. We are having only one cylinder and all are working persons. Such delay

causes irritation to us and we are using kerosene stove. Whenever we phoned them

they are telling some excsues like their lorry repair, delivery man is not available...

And we also booking the gas once in 2 months only. Every time this is the problem.

Please help us in this regard.
