Delayed delivery of the cylinder refilling

COMPLAINTS AGAINST FOR THE DELAYED DELIVERY OF THE CYLINDER REFILLING MORE THAN 18 DAYS

With due respect I would like to submit that I am a consumer of your gas agency'Ambe Shakti Gas Agency'Itarsi. My consumer no.is 3176 by the name of Mr. Prabhu Shankar. I have booked a cylider refill for delivery on dated 11/12.But they have neither sent me any delivery till date nor given me satisfactory answer about it. I have rang up about 12 times in last 18 days and requested for delivery but

it has been in vein.one employee agreed that something wrong is going on regarding distribution of cylinders.

kindly look into this matter and do the needful to check our sufferings. I will be greatly thankful to you.
