Hopeless customer service and arrogant attitude

American Airlines, India's office at Delhi / Gurgaon has noe end to their mean and manipulative behaviour..They do not have any payment options except a credit card. When I contacted their call center in Gurgaon, they tried to swipe the credit card without informing me for 6 times and when I spoke to their manager Mr. Varun Agarwal, he was trying to act shady and hiding information. The entire talk was so damn manipulative. He did not want to divulge any information and to top it, he was more bothered about saving his job than anything else. God save American Airlines. No wonder their prices don't fluctuate so frequently like others in the business. They are in business mostly due to their credit card holders across the US, who redeem their points by travelling free with this airline.
