Delay delivery of cylinder & Rude Behaviou

Dear Sir/Madam

Good Morning,

I would like to inform you delay delivery of cylinder. Sir I have facing a problem last 7-8 months delay delivery of cylinder. Today morning i have visit in our gas agency (AMIT GAS AGENCY) due to non delivery of cylinder, Your executives says to me why are you came here & using abusing language. Sir why i am listens to him/her. Sir I am customer not a agency servant why all these people told me abusing language. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS NEGATIVE APPORACH.
