Amritsar Shatabdi Express
First and Worst Expirience in Shatabdi Express

Myself Ravinder Pal Singh travelled first time in Shatabdi Express on 17th March from New Delhi to Amritsar at 4:30 PM and that was my first and worst experience in Shatabdi. My seat was 19 in C1 coach. First of all the AC was not working for one and half hour due to which all the passengers were complaining. Secondly, the mobile charging point at my seat was not working which i think should not be expected feom train like shatabdi. Thirdly the glass window at my seat was so dirty. Fourthly the seats in chair car coach were very uncomfortable that arms of both the persons cannot be kept on arm rest at same time. All such things were not expected from Shatabdi express. I hope Railways will ensure that such things do not happen again.
