Amron Battery DIN-55(FLO)
Amron battery non functional in 9 months

Dear sirs,

I have purchased Amron battery (batch no.0914219379237)--DIN-55 (FLO)--From your Nashik Dealer--M/S

R.M.GOTHI--3-4, Sahyadri building, Sharanpur Link road on 26.12.09--Inv.no.5683/09-10 for my car Corsa as replacement (OEM battery--Exide-usued for 5 yrs) on the recommendation of our car dealer M/S Jitendra wheels--Nashik.

However in Sept.10, last week, battery was totally dead & we really got standed arond 40 kms.on Highway from Nasik. I personally alongwith mechanic returned the battery to M/S R.M.GOTHI, the next day. The battery was Recharged & fitted to car

Again after a week car could not be started, as battery was Dead. This was returned again to said Dealer & I requested for Free Replacement--as battery was dead twice within 9 months.

To my surprise, The Treatment from said Dealer was VERY VERY BAD & even the staff was very Arrogant.

I had also reqested to one Mr. Jain--working in Dealer's shop & asked for Replacement (the said battery is guaranteed for 2 yrs.). Now may I request you to look into matter & arrange for replacement.
