Vehical noise

I mr.v saravanakumar residing at :73 3rd main rd, ram nagar, south extn.pallikarnai.ch:100, delivered mahindra xuv500 white color on 14th wed from the zulaikha showroom.madipakkam at 8.00pm.my order no:103594241.the vehical has a noise in the engine when it was given to me.i took the car to ambattur service station for rectifying the noise from the engine.but the problem was not rectified.still the noise is comming.i think a defected vehical is delivered to me.i want you to give me another new car in replace or else legal actions will be taken.
