Delay in courrier & misbehaviour of agency

Dear Mr. Tracon,

A courrier is sent by my customer EIcher Motors pithampur (Indore) on 25th april (doc no. 185563915 dated 25/04). Till 6th may this is neither deliver & is nor tracable. The representative of m/s tracon of gurgaon manesar branch (Mr Arun mob no. 9810878897) is very rude & misbehaving person. This is not first case, same havce happened many times with us. I have advices all my customers & knowns not to use tracon. Persons like arun spoils image of company. I tracon have come respect of their customer & image than some body from company support in delivering the doc & pl improve the image of conpany other.
