Emails with delivery prices

I want to make a complaint about a delivery that my father won in the internet from amtrak delivery services.

My father live's in Portugal. He as been tricked by this company, amtrack.

They told him he had won 500.000 POUNDS and a BMW .

Since the begging I told him that this is something to trick people and he didn't by me, so he had payed for 530pounds, and the delivery was not send to my father. So they came with a story that as my father wasn't british, the delivery was been take over by the british autorities, to release the delivery my father would had to pay 1.800 pounds. My father told him that he didn't had that money so after a few days, and a lot of emails by MR BANCROFT COLLY (the name that is used by the Mr that send to us all of the emails). He told my father to pay only 200 U.S.Dollars that the reste he's paying from his own pocket.

My father did believe in that Mr and he had send the 200 dollars.

Now he has sent us a certificat proving that's all thrut.

The bank that is on the certificat is the YORKSHIRE TRUST BANK PLC LONDON U.K.

The site were he did receive all this email, was at TAGGED.
