Indane gas booking

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the customer of AMU Gas Agency (Indane Gas Service), Badar Bagh, Shamshad Market, Aligarh02, U.P., India, with consumer number A/5053.

We are facing many problems with this agency

1. When we contact the agency through phone for booking the gas, most of the time we find either the phone is not working or they deliberately disconnect the phone/put the receiver on hold

2. They take 15-20 days to deliver the gas after booking (the booking of the gas is done after 21 days from the previous delivery), therefore, we are compelled to purchase the gas for our basic use from the black market.
