Dear Sir/Madam,

Me and my wife moved from pune to Gurgaon in may! We took the service of amway movers and packers from pune to Gurgaon to move our household stuff and the car. We took an insurance of 2.10 lacs. But when our items arrived at gurgaon, the driver and the staff, were pressurizing us to sign the receiving sheet quickly . although the car and the inverter batteries came late.

we told them that we have to check our items first, and we told them to stay!

we opened and found out that 80% of our items were damaged . the staff told us that you can write the damages on the main deleviery sheet that comes along with the car.

while we opened all our stuff, we found that the cooler has been stolen . and the amway stff took the full responsibility of it . when our car and inverter batteries arrived, we found that there was a big dent on the car and scratches on the car, the inverter batteries were damaged . we showed the staff all the damages that were done during the transportation and mishandling of good. They have asked us to give an estimation of damages, and we gave an amount of 23 thousand rupees.

we also requested them to get us the money from the insurance . they made us wait for almost now 2 and a half months . when ever we call the customer service, they keep on telling us, you will receive the money next week. we contacted the head office . we were promised that we would get our insurance money . but still they have been bluffing with us. More over the staff of this company is so rude and abusive . they never respond back . they don't even have manners how to talk to a women, who calls for complaint. They have been using bad language and have also been very abusive to my wife.

With my personal experience, i would say, AMWAY HOME PACKERS AND MOVERS IS A VERY FRAUD COMPANY . THEY STEAL AND DAMAGE YOUR VALUABLE HOUSEHOLD STUFF. AND EVEN IF YOU TAKE INSURANCE, THEY SHOW THEFT IN THAT AS WELL. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND ARE VERY ABUSIVE AND RUDE .THEY ALSO MADE FAKE DELIVERY SHEET WITH OUR SIGN.

I WOULD SINCERELY REQUEST THAT THERE LICENSE SHOULD BE CANCELED.

ALSO I WOULD REQUEST IF THE CONSUMER FORUM TO PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AND GET US OUR CLAIM BACK.
