ANAND ENTERPRISE (GURGAON) 01242322911, 01242322922.

This is the worst and most irresponsible gas service provider I have ever seen or can think of. These guys never attend to customer calls or just hang up. You need to keep on dialling two of their numbers but either the phone receiver is picked and kept aside or no one bothers to pick the calls.

The worst part was when there was a gas leakage problem in my house. It took me atleast 3 hours to connect to them and was told that somebody would come within an hour. I waited for 2 hours but nobody was there to take care of the complaint. Again I had to struggle to get in contact with them and was told that they would be sending somebody within 30 minutes.

I waited till 4pm in the evening and still nobody was there. Being frustated I again called them and this time they did not know where I was calling from and what was the problem. I was told that gas isn't available call on the next day. It was a really bad experience. Still it has been more than 3 days and nobody has come to check for the problem.

What should I say I have no words what should I do.
