Gas not reach on time

Dear Sir/Madam

We are customer of bharat gas agency since last 5-6 years & now we are facing some problem from Anand gas agency, 426/1, Mehrauli Badarpur Road, New Delhi, 110044. When we booked the refill gas everytime gas reach after one month in our home & If anytime we go to agency they are telling that book the complaint in their head office n they are miss behaving with us. Gas Details are given bellow -:
