I contacted above firm on 6th may in chennai to ship my personal belongings to bangalore (3 luggage bags). And paid 1600 rs and got the receipt. And was promissed by contact person vinodkumar that delivery will be done on 7th may morning on the given address in bangalore.

It dint happen so I kept calling him abt the status he used to push the dates and I waited till monday on which I lost my patience and try to tell him that I need my luggages badly. And it went for fight. He started yelling at me and told you do what ever you want I wont deliver your luggages and I dont bother about complaints. He is a big lier and cheat.

I dint get any of my luggages I was frustrated and help less. I came to bangalore to join new job since I was alone I decided to take help from above sector to ship my baggages. I was hesitant to go to police station as I was alone. Kindly help me in this regard. I am having the receipts.
