NON DELIVERY OF CARS

We booked Alto Cars - 2 no's on 30.05.2011 and paid the entire amount on 31.05.2011. The said amount is credited to the account of dealer on 02.06.2011. Dealer had assured to give delivery of cars with in 2 days of realisation of cheque. Today (07.06.2011) even after lapse of 5 days dealer is not able to give me any specific assurance about date of delivery. In fact at the time of booking dealer had confirmed that cars are in the stock.
