I purchased my Maruti Alto in May from Acer Motors, Secundrabad, Hyderabad. I paid for extended third year warranty but haven't received any certificate yet after 1 year of purchase. Since then I am following up with Acer motors but no response. I loged a complaint from Maruti call center but to no avail. Calling their RO in Hyderbad but no response. Executives say that they are doing their duty to remind concerned persons but no one is getting back to me.

This is Hell and company like Maruti is doing breach of trust by taking our money and not giving the product.
