Delay in product delivery

I had bought Maruti Alto from Marketing Times, Chirag Enclave New Delhi on 7th Jan. I was assured at the time of purchasing that I will be given R.C. and I paid for it also but it has been five months and I could not get R.C. of my car. I have made repeated calls to the employee of showroom who dealt with me. He does not give a positive response. I am very upset with his delay.
