Dear Madam /Sir

We are facing lots of problems several times with bharat gas (anita Gas Agency, Virar (west) 401 303

First of all they have 14 phone lines which is aiways busy.

My consumer no is 101684 our Booking no.10089 we had booked our cylinder on 08/04 but till now (22/04) I have not received the gas..I approached personaly & telephonicaly but behaviour is not positive s he always reply to supply the cylender tomorrow or day after tomorrow. we are facing this problem.

Please take this complaint very seriously and request you to take action on those people.
