Delyaing in supply and misbehaviou

Dear sir

i sandeep singh booked bharat gas cylender 15 days before and i enquired 2 days before on that time they told me you will receive in two days, and now i am enquiring now then they are telling me that u are not booked cylender and now u will receive in another 15 days . this is not one time most of the time i face this problem.

and after finishing cylender what i will do.

and the behaviour and response from employee or telephone operator is very bad.

pl look at this.
