Anita Gas Service - Virar
Delay in booking and delivery of LPG Gas Cylinde

We are consumer of Anita Gas Service, Pushpa Nagar, Near ST Bus Depot, Pushpa Nagar, Virar West having Consumer no.12686. The company delivers LPG Gas cylinder after 15-20 days after the booking date and for booking for next month cylinder booking they do not accept the booking before 21-25 days after the delivery of previous cylinder. Which results into the aggregation of 40-45 days of booking of 1 cylinder and 1 cylinder becomes empty in roughly 25-28 days. This causes lot of problem like taking cylinders from neighbours, which the don't give due to same problem with Gas Agency.

When ever we try to call Gas Agency neither they respond nor they try to find out the solution for the problem. Further, due to this scenario, the Black marketing of LPG cylinders is increasing in the city.

Plese help me as well as other consumers in our city. I will be very greatful to you if you resolve the problem at the earliest.
