Dealers not deliverying the car on time

I have booked new Swift VDI on June6th it has been 4months 20days till date, i haven't got any information regarding allotment of the car, i tried to reach the mithra dealer @Himyatnagar hyderabad, they claim that everything is fine and will get my allotment in 20days, but from a well known source (my uncle) who booked the same car in the same month of june got the car delivered by Oct6th. I brought this one to the notice of mithra agencies and they skiped that stating they wont consider other dealers and asking me to cancel my booking if i cant wait. will be any action taken against them? appreciate your help!! does any one has the same problem?
