Delay in cylinder delivery

I m a consumer of Bharat Gas. My consumer no is 6376. my booking of cylinder has been taken on 19th Jan and the bill has been generated for delivery on 24 th Jan. i ve been enquiring when the cylinder would be delivered. they are telling me that today i ll recieve the cylinder... i ve been told the same answer for the past four days... still i ve not recieved the cylinder... kindly consider my complaint and do the necessary as early as possible.. its nearly a month since i recieved the previous cylinder... as my family consists of 13 members its really too hard... one cylinder goes only for 15 days... Annai gas service s taking booking only after 15 days and delivery also takes nearly 15 days... altogether 30 days... kindly take necessary action on the particular gas agency... i hope this ll not happen for the next time
