NON DELIVERY OF MATERIAL

Dear Sir,

We have booked the material on 6.05.2011 from Nagpur to Karantaka. As we checked the material status it shows that material has been loaded on 18.05.2011 from nagpur and by till date i.e 19.05.2011 it has not been delivered. As we pick up the material late from your godown you people put damage charges, i want to know if you dont deliver the material on time what we people should charge to you And we also know that as usual you people will send us auto generated apologies.
