TYRE BLASTED WHILE RUNNINH

I have purchased a new chevrolet beat, which came with apollo tyres (Model-ACELERE). Just after running 1200 KM, the trye blasted with a loud noice.

I have some extended damage on my car due to the blast.

Now company is telling they have to inspect the tyre first and it will take another 4 days minimum for the officer to come and check the tyre.

I was travelling with my family, and if something could have happened to our lifes, who will be responsible for that? Who is going to answer for the extended damage caused to my new car? How much i have to spend again, only for the reason that i purchased a car with Apollo Tyres?
