No Exchange evenafter Crack in Tyre

Sir,

I have purchased four tyres of Apollo Tyres on 15/07. After running about 2000 KM, one tyre gets cracked. And this crack is on non-working area (area which doesn't touches the ground.). The Dealer has sent the tyre at apollo agency but the officer sitting there says no to change the tyre as tyre was not cracked but was due to our own mistake.

but I have all, the points to justify myself. Please let me know the procedure to move ahead to approach the way so that I can get the replacement of the same.
