Undue delay in issue of passport

Dear Citizen of India,

This is the scenario of a common man, living in India.

I have applied for my passport renewal on 13.01.2011.

Later in my online verification, i saw"your passport is expected to deliver on 15.06 .2011".

Now i saw "Inconvenience regretted due to unavoidable circumstances, it will be delivered in a week days". They put the same reason for last fifteen days. As per my observation, some file nos before & after me were issued passports, then why should i wait for such a long& unbearable time? What is my fate? If i wont get passport in a couple of days, i may loose my life time opportunity. To whom should i make a complaint?

I saw a gravience & sms nos to complaint, but i dint get any response. You people see the fate of a commen man when compare to an influnced person. One broker is telling that, give me rs.2, 500/- i will get it in fifteen days. How its possible to spend that amount at after five months&twenty days? Is it has any justification?
