Failure of Tube

Dear Sir

I purchased one Alto Car Tyre with Tube (Make- M/s Apollo) on dt 02/08 and I was passing on High way from Panipat to Delhi (Near Sonipat), My New Tube valve body became fail (Speed of Car was 70 km/hr).

My car start unbalanced and one bike hit from driving side and ranaway. I stoped the car and saw that air leakage in the Front driving side Tyre and Car side pannel became damage.

After some days I went to the supplier specially, but he refused us
